Muchos de ustedes saben que hemos estado trabajamos muy duro estos últimos meses diseñando el nuevo Hanson.net desde cero. 

Anunciamos en HANSON DAY 2014 que planeamos lanzar el nuevo sitio en Junio de este año, el mes que viene. Esperamos que este nueva web tengo 2 cosas principales. 

Arreglar los problemas técnicos que afectan a miembros y no miembros del sitio, desde la compatibilidad con todos los principales navegadores hasta un mejor sistema de mensajes privados. 

Añadir nuevas características que hagan de Hanson,net un mejor lugar para encontrar y compartir tus momentos favoritos, asi como todo desde fotos de conciertos, hasta nueva música de HANSON.

No anunciamos una fecha de lanzamiento dela web solo dijimos "el mes que viene" porque basados en nuestras experiencias pasada sabemos que siempre hay chance de que haya un imprevisto.

NEW Message From The Band We have a lot to celebrate this week! THANK YOU so much to so many of you who traveled from around the country and around the world to join us for this year's HANSON DAY celebration, as well as our first annual beer and music festival, The Hop Jam. Over the course of this weekend we were able to do many things we have NEVER done before and your engagement in the weekend's events made all the activities really special. The weekend's activities had record attendance from Fan Club Members, joining us for the bowling tournament, art gallery, special band talks, and the I Heart HANSON store where we featured many special items. On top of the special events, we got a chance to meet all of the attending members, with our meet and greet photos that were taken and of course we were able to do a special concert JUST FOR YOU, featuring the new member's EP, Music Made For Humans. Also, beyond the performance, we were also able to put the new member's EP featuring five new songs in the hands of many attending members (we hope you are enjoying those tunes). In our first State Of The Band talk, we we were excited to announce we will be launching a BRAND NEW WEBSITE creating brand new features, better community engagement and a new point system that will help us acknowledge each of our member's activity and the diversity of your involvement in all things HANSON. We will be following up to share in detail what you can expect from the new site, but it is coming in late June and it is going to be awesome!! As we mentioned, this year we kicked off another brand new event, The Hop Jam, which featured an amazing group of Oklahoma craft beers (as well as our Hanson Brothers Beer) and also engaged our whole community through an all ages free concert with performances by Butch Walker, Robert Randolph, Taddy Porter and a local band Capitol Cars, who won the opening band contest. This event was a huge success with record attendance throughout the day and a massive demand for craft beer. We are so thankful that many of you chose to stay for The Hop Jam this year and helped make it a great event. As we reflect on all of the activities throughout the week, we really appreciate your amazing support and we’re thrilled to look forward to what we can share with you throughout 2014, plus we can look forward to inviting you ALL back to Tulsa to make our next HDAY and Hop Jam better than the last! It’s great to be a 22 year old band that still has so much to look forward to. NEW Message From The Band This has been a week of preparation and Celebration. On May 6th we were able to say, "HAPPY HANSON DAY!". Now there’s one more week until the HANSON DAY members only event (MOE), celebration in Tulsa (May 16th and 17th), plus American Craft Beer week and the release of Mmmhops online along with the inaugural event, The Hop Jam beer and music festival which is May 18th, and is going to include not only us but Robert Randolph and our friend Butch Walker, you are in for an amazing day of music. Over at Hanson HQ we we’ve been crafting one of a kind paintings and images for the gallery and also getting a chance to taste our special beer brewed especially for the beer fest (Farmhouse FestiveAle). Along with our art making, brewing and music rehearsals for the special members only concert, we’ve also been preparing new events for the upcoming Australian leg of the ANTHEM World Tour. Look for an announcement this coming Monday at 9am, cause we will be announcing some additional shows and some members only events during the tour, so keep your ear to the ground. You get the picture, good things this week. NEW Message From The Band Another week gone by and it feels like the time is flying. We are getting very excited for the upcoming HANSON Day and Hop Jam events in Tulsa next month. The plans are all falling into place, from the final yet to be announced Band that will be joining the Hop Jam musical lineup, to the last details of the Lectures that that will be a part of HANSON Day 2014. Next month in May HANSON will celebrate 22 years as a band. Just down the street from where the Hop Jam will take place as a part of an Tulsa Oklahoma arts festival we played our first concert in May of 1992, so even though May is the fifth month of the year, it is kind the start of the year for HANSON. NEW HANSON Announce The Hop Jam Craft Beer and Music Festival This year's American Craft Beer Week will stoke lots of activity around the country, celebrating the artisanal beer movement. In Tulsa OK pop-rock trio HANSON, now operating as craft beer makers with the launch their debut brew Mmmhops pale Ale in 2013, will bring together brewers in their home state and musicians for a one day beer and music festival on May 18th. Coinciding with the festival, Hanson Brothers Beer will also make their flagship Mmmhops beer available for sale online, making the beer available outside of the regional market more broadly. Online retail location will be announced next month. The Craft beer festival will be attended by 14 breweries from across the state of Oklahoma, featuring special small batch beers made available as a part of the festival by award winning brewers and established leaders in Oklahoma craft beer. The event will also feature personal appearances by many of the brewers, appealing to the devout beer fans throughout Oklahoma and the midwest. The free concert part of the event is open to all ages, headlined by HANSON, along with blues soul powerhouse Robert Randolph and The Family Band, and more special guests still to be announced. The festival will also include a statewide opening band contest which is open to all Oklahoma musicians, giving one lucky winner the opportunity to perform as part of the days entertainment. Launching today in partnership with the Tulsa World, artists will have four weeks to submit songs and ready their fans for a week of online voting starting May 4th. The winning artist will be announced on May 11th, and will open the show at The Hop Jam. The winning band will also get a chance to reach thousands of beer and music fans through the placement of one of their songs as a downloadable track via QR code, on select Mmmhops Pale Ale bottles. "Through The Hop Jam, our hope is that we can help support the craft beer community and foster a one of a kind music event, while also creating an anchor for the city's downtown renewal", said Taylor Hanson. Partnering with Oklahoma favorites McNellie's Group, who operate restaurants and bars across the state, to host the festival, Hanson Brothers Beer are proud to be helping ignite further interest in the revitalization of Tulsa's downtown community. NEW Message From The Band This last week has been eclectic. Early this week, we FINALLY were able to announce the ANTHEM WORLD TOUR in Australia and New Zealand and today the album and single are officially released (go grab your copy online at your favorite digital outlet). Today in fact the fan club pre-sale began and the activity has been really exciting, and in just a few more days the album is out and in stores, along with the public on sale of tickets on April 9th. When you do got to get tickets you can also get yourself a new album, cause we have special album bundles with tickets to the tour, and if you order a physical album, you can pick it up right there at the show. It's been hard for us to hold back our excitement for the coming tour over the past few months, but we did not want to spill the beans until the tour was a sure thing, so we hope all of you down under will make plans NOW to join us. Yesterday, we spent two days in Washington DC proudly advocating for musicians and artists as a part of the Grammy's On The Hill initiative, and we got to connect with amazing artists (Los Lonely Boys, Booker T, Joy Williams of the Civil Wars,Wesley Schultz from The Lumineers, and more) and also were able to share our passion for music and the importance of establishing better standards for our changing industry. Adding to the list of announcements this week, you should also keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked up for an announcement this weekend about our plans for May 18th, which is the Sunday following our two days of HANSON Day activities for Fan Club Members. We eluded to our plans on that day last month when we did our livestream broadcast, but as of this Sunday you will know all the details about what's in store. The only things we will add to the mystery, is this event will both quench thirst, and add more music to your weekend, plus it's an activity that we've never done before. NEW Message From The Band In addition to continuing to plan for HANSON Day 2014 (we hope you saw the 2013 recap vid we posted earlier this week) and the release of the new Members Only EP, this week has been full of lots and lots of new music making. We've been in the mode of writing and working on songs with outside collaborators for multiple different projects and it's been great. We have shared some of our interest in collaboration with you by talking about events like our annual writing retreat Fools Banquet, but it goes much deeper then that, and for the first time in a long time we are making that a focus for 2014. This week we were in California writing songs ranging from dance pop to indie rock, some songs may end up performed by other artists, some by us and a few may live in the vault for a while, but the act of sharing the musical process is rejuvenating. To step outside of yourself and create music in ways that are unexpected makes you a better musician and adds new tools to your musical tool belt. This coming week is spring break in Oklahoma so we are scattering in different directions, some of us will be taking it slow with family, Taylor is spending his birthday (Happy 31 Taylor) in Austin joining a panel and painting the town, in the background we are still cultivating the awesomeness planned for HANSON Day which is a few weeks away, Hope to see you ALL there! NEW Message From The Band This last week has been full of energy at 3CG. We’re thrilled that the response to Back To The Island 2015 in Cancun has been received so well. We were all blown away to see the rooms sell out in minutes after the public on sale. BTTI has always been an event that has a limit on who we can accommodate, but we are now accepting names on our guestlist in case a few rooms become available. For ALL members to enjoy, you can check out a fun vid we put together inspired by the song “Best Of Times” filmed during BTTI 2014 in Jamaica. There are lot’s of other reasons to get excited for spring, as we look forward to the next HANSON DAY event on May 16th and 17th.
